She is deeply aware of the systemic barriers that impact people’s lives and believes in supporting clients to connect with their inner wisdom to live in alignment with their chosen values. She supports individuals navigating addictions, mental health, and systemic challenges. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, Brandie takes a collaborative approach—believing clients are the experts in their own lives. While many factors are beyond our control, she believes in each person’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
Outside of her professional work, Brandie is a parent and enjoys spending time in nature throughout all seasons. She sees nature as a powerful teacher for embracing the flow and unpredictability of life.
