Her graduate level internship was completed at a non-profit agency focused on helping people of all ages, which included working with individuals, couples, families, and helping to facilitate therapeutic groups.
Stephanie uses a client-centered approach to therapy and incorporates a variety of strategies to help clients reach their goals including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive-Behavioural therapies. Stephanie works to create a non-judgemental, compassionate space for clients to feel safe working towards their goals.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending her time with family, friends and her dog. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring the mountains while hiking and camping with her daughter. Music is a big part of her family life, and she is currently teaching herself and her daughter how to play the Ukulele.
